Jag har njutit en fantastisk sommar tillsammans med familj och vänner och hör nog till den lilla skaran av personer som uppskattat regnet som har fallit i stora mängder de senaste månaderna. Nu åter tillbaka till värmen och borta bra men hemma bäst...så sant, så sant.
Jag har tankat energi i massor bland annat genom att utbilda mig till ISO dieten- coach, ett arbete som jag kommer att lägga ner mycket energi på. Vi verkar ha glömt bort varför vi äter, vilken funktion maten har och vi fokuserar istället på hur vi skall äta kakan och samtidigt ha den kvar. Allt vi stoppar i munnen skall ha ett värde och bidra med nyttigheter till kroppen.
Se varje måltid som en chans att ge Din kropp så mycket bra saker som möjligt !

I can really hear
how my empty blog page “echoes” after a long summer
break. But I'm not late to
admit that it has been nice having a break from the cyber-world and not always
be online and available. Instead
I have enjoyed being in the forest and at the sea which have filled me up with
new energy.
I have also enjoyed a great summer with family and friends and I probably belong to a small group of people who appreciated the rain that has fallen in large numbers in recent months in Europe. Now I have returned back to my sweet home in the Middle East. Nice to be back!
I am now a certified ISO diet- coach, a job or rather a mission which I will give a lot of energy.

what the function of the food is? Everything
