Yesterday was a good day! 
And today I decided to keep that feeling.I was reading an interesting article about positive thinking  and how to increase my energy level through thoughts.
Your thoughts make you react and behave in a certain way and that in turn makes you feel under it. How you feel affects, in turn, new thoughts about you and your situation. This is easy to act in a vicious cycle of negative thoughts that make you feel tired and energy solutions.That means " You become what you think!"
Today my coffee in the morning was tasting even better than yesterday, maybe the reason for that was my new strength on my Nespresso capsel, number 12! Who knows?
Food is something which make me happy...most of the time. And because of  one of my main interest is health the food must be healthy to give me positive energy. So today I will have an Indian Chicken Curry for dinner. You can include so many ingredients with good benefits into this curry. Such as Chicken, Coconut, Turmeric powder , Garlic, Onion. All these things can be considered healthy one by one.Just look in to Turmeric which  has  an inflammatory inhibition of an irritated stomach.And Garlic lowers blood fats so make sure you add it to your food daily.
